Half or full day journey of connected discovery balancing the outdoors of nature with the wilds of interpersonal communications skills. Pull together for stronger teams, relationships, and group dynamics by exercising in both worlds — the emotional and the physical. The flow is unique: a facilitated workshop (customized to your goals), followed by a guided paddle, and a picnic lunch. Our partner EMPATHINK.now works with you to develop the conversation and they run the workshop. We provide the kayak guides, gear, waivers, and logistics
